Old pair of hanging medallions. Gilt bronze sculptures bearing the effigy of King Louis XVI & Queen Marie Antoinette. Very good quality profiles. The medallions are surrounded by laurel branches, the whole surmounted by a royal crown. Work in the style of the royal factory of charity sur Loire. 15.5cm high by 13cm wide. In good condition, natural wear to the gilding.
