"Vase "roll" In Enamelled Earthenware From Viellard In Bordeaux."
This roller vase bears, in medallions, two mascarons of fauns, of different expressions and treated in 'grisaille'. They are part of parchment 'panels', of a beautiful deep blue. On the top and bottom, two friezes of the same blue are decorated in black. Beautiful enamel work from the years 1870-1880. Under the base the hollow mark of the Viellard house in Bordeaux as well as the blue-gray stamp of Bordeaux.
