"Terrestrial Globe From The House E. Bertaux Period Late XIXth Century"
Small Terrestrial Globe, cardboard and plaster sphere, lithographed and varnished by Maison E Bertaux, 25 Rue Serpente in Paris for Emile Bertaux, Astronomer who edited his maps and globes in the Delamarche studio from 1875. This globe is mounted on ebonized pear legs with a brass mount. It is in good condition and has no shocks or restoration, just lack of varnish around the edges, visible in the photos. Vintage globe from the end of the 19th century. Dimensions: Height: 29.3 cm - Globe diameter approximately: 14.8 cm
