"England – Golden Sovereign Gate"
Sovereign holder in 15 carat gold monogrammed "EE" on the top.It opens to give way inside to two spring compartments.
Each of these compartments can accommodate five coins.
Very good condition, the springs work perfectly.
There are some slight shocks. It is stamped inside.
By the punches we can determine that it is an English work carried out Birmingham in 1857 by Horace Woodward & Co.
