"Gustavo Obiols Bronze Figure, Nude Woman"
Bronze proof with nuanced brown patina representing a naked woman wearing a cape. Old edition cast by G. Obiols from the late 19th century Gustavo Obiols was raised at the School of Fine Arts in Barcelona and trained in France attending the workshops of Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse and Eugène Delaplanche. He was rewarded with a bronze medal at the Universal Exhibition of 1900. Gustave Obiols' sculptures were produced by the Eugène Blot Foundry and by the Société des Bronzes de Paris.
