"XVIII Century Fireplace Plate"
18th century fireback. Large cast iron fireback Eighteenth century period. In the center a mythological scene. Decorated with an LXV shell and dolphins. The frame is decorated with a garland of flowers and fruit and pearls. At the backside of this fireback, an old strengthening, probably from the beginning of production, is visible.
