Original engraving on vellum representing the meeting of two dogs sniffing each other, the scene is observed by a couple and five children.
Print mounted by the previous collector in a very thick 65 x 50 cm mat, this mat is glued on the 4 sides to the cardboard below, so we were unable to check all the margins.
Dimensions: copper: 288 x 212 mm - visible margins: 328 x 248 mm.
In lower margin in pencil: "Artist's proof drawn at 6 - out of print" on the left, signed on the right.
A black dot under the body of one of the dogs, otherwise very good condition.
