Islamic art, 15th/16th century, rare and beautiful bronze cup with rich hammered decoration representing six busts of kings framed by floral and geometric motifs. Inscription in Arabic characters below. Fine green, blue and russet patina partially encrusted with soil. Traces of gilding. High. : 5cm. Diam. : 12.3cm. The scale witness on the last photograph is a small model of a lighter from a well-known brand. Good state of conservation compared to the seniority except for old accidents visible from the small deformations and openings in the metal.
