Joseph Holdcroft, England, Superb heron vase, In the Japanese spirit, it develops a rich decor of herons holding a fish in their beaks, a landscape of lake nature, A frieze of Asian spirit at the top and bottom of the decor. The base is like a wooden plinth. Midnight blue background. Embossed signature: J.HOLDCROFT. an A: in underglaze blue.
