Carved wooden torchiere door representing a woman dressed in the antique entirely gilded with gold leaf wearing a delicately carved silver drape. She wears on her head a cup of golden fruits associated with green leaves surmounted by a pineapple and holds in her hands a wicker basket filled with the model of the cup. It rests on a small violin-shaped tripod pedestal decorated with golden garlands on a black background ending in three small claw feet. Original gold leaf gilding and polychromy in very good condition (old polychromy rework, posterior pineapple) Elegant work from the Louis XIV period with harmonious proportions and remarkable sculptural finesse in a good state of preservation.
