Elegant Provencal landscape by Georges Blouin who is a French painter born in the north of France on June 18, 1928. Blouin received training in decorative painting and art at the School of Fine Arts in Arras. Blouin's realistic paintings have earned him worldwide recognition which has allowed him to hold and participate in numerous individual and collective exhibitions. Blouin exhibited in countries like France, Austria, etc. Some of Blouin's solo exhibitions have taken place at the Galerie Weppe in Lille and at the Galerie Triade, in Barbizon. Blouin has also participated in numerous group exhibitions in Japan, Ivory Coast and Germany. Georges was an active member of the French Artists committee and jury until his death in 2012. Blouin's works are exhibited in numerous museums and private collections around the world.
