Dagger stiletto, mercy and mesh pierce, late 18th century early 19th century. Short triangular thrusting blade with median ridge and hollow sides. Grooved ball pommel, neck engraved with an "X" mark, quillon shield with 2 inverted "V" or Double "X" markings. Fine quillon on one side type punch and on the other end representing an animal head with erect ears. Metal spindle with beveled side and flat plates.
