Very Small Curved Alsatian Wardrobe

Adorable Alsatian child's wardrobe. Curved facade, cornice with a policeman's hat. The uprights and the frames are decorated with sculptures in the mass, the doors with springing panels follow the movement of the cornice. Keyholes and hand grips in crafted brass. Work from the beginning of the 19th century around 1820 in solid fir. To facilitate its handling, this cabinet is divided into two parts in the middle joined by wooden keys, a typical Alsatian technique. Excellent state of preservation of the whole! Height: 177cm maximum / 165cm on the sides.
