It is probably a café-bar situated on the Route de Paris between Tassin-de-Demi-Lune and Charbonnières-les-Bains, previously used by cyclists and motorcyclists from Lyon as a stopover on their tours (and of course by the locals as well). Today, the Route de Paris is a departmental road that crucifies this once pretty place.
