Object description :

"Gilt Bronze Dragon Pendulum"
Pendulum in gilt and chiseled bronze representing a young man aiming a dragon with his bow. Bronze with a motif of flowers, acanthus leaves in scrollwork symmetrically framing the clock. We find the rococo vocabulary on our pendulum, with fantastic elements of bat wing and winged dragon motifs, but also by an exuberant naturalism, all in curves and counter-curves. Terrace formed by stylized foliage resting on five legs.
