"Black Box - Sylvie Rivillon"
Sylvie Rivillon A graduate of the School of Applied Arts and the National School of Decorative Arts in Paris, Sylvie Rivillon exhibits mainly abroad, notably in Taiwan and Korea. Change of scenery in Charleval where her works have found a place of choice on all floors of the castle, in the park as well as in the intimacy of the artist's room which she shares with Ariel Moscovici. She unveils her Men-boxes, her sculptures Rolled by the sea, her Boxes and cores as well as her paintings. An intact mind in a scratched, abused body, an idea of ebb and flow, back and forth, waves, Sylvie Rivillon is sensitive to the passage of time. She expresses it with as much softness as strength in her creations made of bronze, cement, terracotta or painted wood.
