Burin and etching, dated 1807 in Rome, engraved by Pietro Bonato (1765-1820) Veneto Bassanese, drawn by Agostino Tofanelli, after a painting by Francesco Barbieri detto il Guercino. Caption in Italian in the lower margin: "Piange l'inconsolabile Venere il suo diletto Adone ucciso dal cinghiale" Very nice proof, well contrasted, with margins.
