"Art Deco Pedestal Table"
Original and pretty pedestal table from the 1930s attributed to Fernand Chambon. Our pedestal table with three solid sycamore legs connected by a nickel-plated bronze spacer, all supporting a thick sandblasted glass plate in the center. Provenance Hôtel Métropole in Brussels, has a label on one foot. A broken wooden crosspiece re-glued (see photos) and some chips at the edge of the glass. Fernand Chambon designed the entire Hôtel Métropole in Brussels.
