"View Of Ventabren (bouches-du-rhône) - Henri Baret"
Beautiful oil on panel, signed by Henri Baret (active in the 1930s), representing a view of the village of Ventabren near Aix-en-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône). Gilded wooden frame. Born in Marseille around 1900, Henri Baret exhibited landscapes of his native Provence at the Salon des Indépendants in Paris between 1931 and 1939. He also paints seascapes.
