"Four Large Fougere Glasses With Honeycomb Cups From The Early 18th Century"
Four superb large fougère glasses, dating from the first half of the 18th century. They each have a large honeycomb cut, a hollow spiral leg, and a large foot. The material is very fine and slightly tinted due to the incorporation of fern ash. One of the glasses has a tiny hair at the level of the cut, the other three are in perfect condition, without shock, without traces of limescale or water level mark. Heights between 13.5 and 14.5 cm. Diameter of cuts between 7.4 and 8 cm. Feet diameter between 7 and 7.8 cm. Rare set, early in the 18th century.
