"Small Yellow Tinted Fern Glass Late 17th Early 18th Century"
Rare small stemmed glass, slightly tinted with yellow reflections, called "fern" (due to the incorporation of fern ashes during its manufacture). The cut is frustoconical, very fine and with slight twisted gadroons, the leg is narrow and the foot is also very thin. In addition to a few small air bubbles, some of which have burst, the cup has a small bead forming an excrescence. This pretty model, probably alcohol-powered, is representative of the production of the second half of the 17th century or the very beginning of the 18th century. Dimensions: height 12 cm, diameter of the foot 5.5 cm, diameter at the rim 6.1 cm. Weight: 35 grams. Very good state of conservation.
