Rare old mother-of-pearl embroidery kit, First half of the 19th century. In a box covered in red morocco. It contains: A pair of scissors, a thimble, a sewing awl, a bobbin, a lace-feeding needle. The tools are made of mother-of-pearl. The sewing awl and the thimble bear the enameled thought of the Palais Royal. The scissors are in fairly good condition. a crack on one ring but it is not broken.
