The needle case, very rare, takes the form of a woman's bust from Greek or Roman antiquity. The scissors and the needle case are in superb condition. The bottle has a small solid gold cap also hallmarked with a ram's head. The cap screws on well. The inner cap is missing. The die has a slot, it is also gold.
