Georges Mignet is an animal painter from Saintes in Charentes Maritimes. Very attached to his region and the joys of hunting, he specialized in landscape painting and dog portraits. Marginal and passionate about hunting, he acquired the Château du Pinier near Beurlay, where he devoted himself to his two passions: hunting and painting.

A true testimony to the painter's love for animals, our painting is very tender.
