Superb little scissors case in gold and sand pearls with its pair of scissors in late 18th early 19th century gold. Size of the case: 6.6 cm The case has two very beautiful sand bead designs and the edge and end are in SOLID 18 K (750 thousandth) GOLD tested on the touchstone. Very small imperfections (see photos), but very good general condition considering its age. The branches of the scissors are made of solid gold and have the rooster's head hallmark, 18-carat gold guarantee hallmark from 1798 to 1809. The screw of the scissors is slightly loose. The blades are sharp. some black oxidation points but very minimal. Scissor size: 9.8 cm
