A handwritten label on the back indicates that the child represented is Eustache-Maur François-Saint-Maur (1825-1901) who was archivist paleographer, general counsel , president of the Pau appeals chamber and president of the Société des antiquaires de l'Ouest. Old wooden frame and under glass with oval mat.
Condition report : good condition, there are about ten small traces of humidity in the dark parts and in the upper part of the master key. Some wear to the frame.
