Chest seat called chayère or cathedra in high quality blond oak, Lorraine origin - late 18th century. This seat rests on four curved and sculpted doe feet. The curved front face finely sculpted with a sun surrounded by flowers and plants and at its base, the scalloped crosspiece is harmonized with the same sculptures. Paneled sides and curved armrests.
