Chest seat called chayère or cathedra in high quality blond oak, Lorraine origin - late 18th century. This seat rests on four curved and sculpted doe feet. The curved front face finely sculpted with a sun surrounded by flowers and plants and at its base, the scalloped crosspiece is harmonized with the same sculptures. Paneled sides and curved armrests. Furniture in perfect condition, perfectly original. The two trays lift up revealing the chest. An original and rare piece of furniture whose soft and luminous patina will shine in any interior.
