Beautiful unadorned Biedermeier vitrine or display case or two-part cherry veneer display case from southern Germany around 1830.
Cherry wood veneered on softwood. Upper part in two-door display case with glass. Blackened gutter and diamond key escutcheon. Lower part with two doors and resting on square pointed legs in solid cherry.
Restored and polished by hand with shellac.
