"Hubert Van Der Meulen 1930"
Very beautiful work by the Belgian artist Hubert VAN DER MEULEN (1899-1971). It is a gouache, watercolor and pencil measuring 23 x 23 cm, signed lower right and dated 1930. I found little information on the artist, active in the Twee Akren/Lessines region and for which an exhibition is apparently planned soon.
