Rare photo holder, Italian (Neapolitan) stone frame and stone mosaic in the shape of a painter's palette from the late 19th century. Good condition except for a slight stone detachment and a small grinding (see photo). Total frame dimensions 18.6/13.7cm dimensions for photo 9.1/6.4cm
