Wooden weapons rack with decorative weapons, Vietnam, 19/20th Height: 90cm Width: 65cm Rack with eight traditional spears from the 19th century. This object is a rack containing eight traditional spears, made in Indochina at the end of the 19th century. The blades of these spears are silvered bronze, and the sockets are decorated with dragon heads. The spear shafts are made of exotic wood carved to imitate bamboo. The rack itself is made of carved wood, decorated with bamboo motifs.
