Large trumeau mirror on a cream-colored cracked painted wooden background, composed of a mercury mirror and a painting on canvas mouflé on wood. In the upper part, this painting is surrounded by a wooden molding gilded with gold leaf, carved with acanthus leaves, scrolls and topped with a shell. The work represents a romantic and bucolic scene: a woman looking at us, seated with a bouquet in her hand, listens to a young man playing the flute, seated at her feet. A small dog and a goat complete this scene. In the lower part, a mirror is surrounded by a gilded wood frame carved with acanthus leaves and topped with a Louis XV shell.
