Pewter Wine Bottle - South Germany, 19th Century

Hexagonal pewter wine bottle called “Schraubkanne”, fitted with a screw cap with molded swinging ring.
It is engraved with a heart accompanied by three flowers and property initials dated: GAF / 1834.
Unidentified maker's mark: lion rampant / IS
Height: 21.5 cm.
SOUTHERN GERMANY, Early 19th century

The top of the thread is worn.
