"Bohemian Crystal Goblet, 19th Century."
Hexagonal in shape, this glass is made of Bohemian crystal, deeply cut and wheel-engraved with a landscape of undergrowth where we see a deer confronting a dog, in the distance in a plain, a second dog runs to join them. The high quality work is comparable to Karl Pfohl (1826-1894), an artist from Bohemia, renowned for the depth and relief of his works, who created numerous hunting scenes. A few tiny little chips should be noted. Height 14.3 cm.
