"Important Walnut Column, Louis XVI Style – Late 19th Century"
Solid walnut column, Louis XVI style, dating from the end of the 19th century. It has a top, with a refined edge, with a slightly pronounced bec-de-corbin. The underside has a square element with festooning and volutes placed on a cylindrical shaft generously molded with roughening and grooves. The whole rests on a gradient molded pedestal with base, of square section, with groove and overflow. This type of occasional piece of furniture will easily highlight a plant, a bronze, a light fixture or any object of your choice.
