Biography:
Louis Le Bail, is a painter born in Mayenne where he painted numerous landscapes. It belongs to the artistic style of naturalism; landscape is his favorite subject. He was strongly influenced by the Impressionists and by the precursor of Post-Impressionism, Cézanne. He exhibited landscapes at the Salon des Indépendants from 1905 then at the Salon d'Automne and des Tuileries.
