"Louis XVI Period Writing Table."
18th century writing table, above a wooden frame surrounded by original leather, on the small width a drawer serves as an inkwell among other things, the crosspieces are straight, the sheathed feet are decorated with bronzes just below the crosspieces and end with shoes and casters for better movement. The wood used is rosewood, the finish of the furniture is varnished, the bronzes are gilded with gold.
