"18th Century Lorraine Farm Table."
This very beautiful table, in blond oak, is characteristic of Lorraine production. Its large top, rounded in the corners, has a bec de corbin molding, it is made up of four boards held together by a socket at each end, the belt has a nicely molded recess in the center and around the edge. It rests on four baluster legs connected by a spacer. A functional piece of furniture par excellence, it will be a pleasant dining room table in a country interior or even a desk table. In a perfect state of conservation, this table has retained its original ball-shaped legs, it has not undergone any restoration with the exception of a small rectangular piece made on the top. 18th century period, its dimensions are 181 cm long, 73 cm wide and 72 cm high and the height under the belt is 57.5 cm. It is possible to raise the feet by 2 or 3 cm.
