"Paris Coffee Pot 1789, Sterling Silver, Jean-baptiste Nolin?"
Lovely and solid Louis XVI period coffee pot in sterling silver with guarantee hallmarks from the Jurande de Paris for the year 1789. It rests on three legs whose attachments are prettily engraved with acanthus leaves. On the belly of the tripod jug there is a crowned heraldic engraving. The master goldsmith's mark is only partially legible JNB., perhaps Jean-Baptiste Nolin. It weighs 955 grams.
