Oval sculpture in carved solid wood signed and dated "50" lower right and also signed on the left sleeve. Relief marquetry is an artistic technique that allows you to create three-dimensional works using different types of assembled wood. In Lorraine, this technique is particularly known thanks to the work of two artists: Louis and Albert Thiam.
