RAMBERVILLERS, Atelier Cythère Unifrance. Sublime enameled stoneware vase with green metallic luster, the long neck holding three rotating plant handles. Sign. Around 1910-1920. Exceptional piece due to its condition, its dimensions and its magnificent iridescent colors! Dimensions: H. 47 cm Diameter at the neck 10 cm Weight 6 kg Born August 12, 1861 in Tauves (Puy-de Dôme), died in 1941 in Rambervillers (Vosges). Ceramic engineer linked to the Nancy School. He developed a new technique for transforming an enamel with metallic reflections which earned the “flamed stoneware of Rambervillers” their notoriety.
