French school circa 1900: Pair of small studies “The portal”, oils on panel 10.8 x 13.9 cm and on hard cardboard 9 x 12.4 cm (irregular cut). Unsigned, without frames, small peripheral accidents. These charming studies show us a farm gate opening onto a mountain landscape with cloud-covered peaks.
