Landscape representing a view of Ile Saint-Louis in Paris by Paul Anderbouhr (1909-2006). Oil on canvas signed lower right. Paul Anderbouhr is a French painter of landscapes, urban views and interiors. He was a student of Pierre Gaston Rigaud. He exhibited regularly at the Salon des Artistes Français in Paris since 1934 and he also exhibited at the Salon d'Automne in 1937 and 1938. He mainly painted views of Paris or its surroundings with a predilection for the banks of the Seine and the quays of Paris. Very good state.
