"Miniature On Ivory Signed Fouquet, 18th Century"
Miniature on ivory signed Fouquet, Directoire period. J. Fouquet executed this portrait of a young woman in profile with a view to creating a physionotrace which would then be engraved by Chrétien, the famous inventor of this process.
