Set of four very beautiful Japanese netsuke with an erotic character carved in wood. Japan, 19th century, end of the Edo period / beginning of Meiji; sculpted by artist Gyokusho; each pierced with two himotoshi and signed on the reverse (we are offering a fifth by the same artist but of a different character sold in another of our advertisements).
Very beautiful work for these very finely sculpted and richly detailed netsuke.
