"Pocket Kit, Mother-of-pearl, Silver, Late 18th Century / 1800"
Rare mother-of-pearl and silver pocket kit. It is complete with its original elements: A stylus which opens in two places to form a pen holder and a mechanical pencil, a knife with a mother-of-pearl handle, a small pair of scissors, a wire guide, tweezers , an ear cleaner. The elements are in silver and metal, the ends of the ear pick in vermeil. The case is in mother-of-pearl and silver. The whole thing is in very good condition, although there is a small scratch on one side of the mother-of-pearl, visible in the photos. It measures 3,46 inches high, and 1,49 inches at its widest. Datable to the end of the 18th century or the beginning of the 19th century.
