Bearded Man's Head Carved In Marble, 17th, 18th Century Period flag

Object description :

"Bearded Man's Head Carved In Marble, 17th, 18th Century Period"
Very curious head sculpted in marble representing a bearded man with a very particular beard and curly hair. This is an antique statue which seems very old to me. Beautiful depth of the sculpture, the man's face is round and chubby. I am unable to date this piece exactly but it seems to me that we can without problem date it to at least the 18th century and certainly older because the patina and erosion have done their work. I welcome any information. Weight greater than 5 kg. Delivery by carrier 50 euros in France, 100 euros in the EU and 200 euros rest of the world.
