Charming landscape representing the banks of the Seine.
In the background we can see the Andelys and the ruins of Château Gaillard. Signed lower left A Pinta.
Amable Louis Pinta was a French painter born in Evry in 1820 and died in Les Andelys (Eure) in 1888. Raised by F. Dupuis, he exhibited at the Salon from 1848 to 1880.
