"Compotier Drageoir Cutting Scalloped Edge Porcelain Hache In Vierzon Limoges Art Nouveau Flowers"
Poetry is there! Matching the plates previously on sale, a splendid compotier with a raised and scrolled edge; its wing on which winds a garland of wild rose flowers in the soft tones of pink, yellow, gray, typical of the Art Nouveau period. A magnificent intertwined SM or MS monogram using the same tones of pink, yellow and gray enlivens the pool. The edge of the wing is richly highlighted in gold. The floral garland decoration is also reproduced on the reverse of the basin as well as on the pedestal; the monogram is both in the basin and on the pedestal. It will make your table unique, refined and beautiful. This fruit bowl is old and has little or no use, in very good original condition. It dates from the end of the 19th century around 1892. It bears the double mark of the famous manufacture under the foot, the one in green A. HACHE & Cie-V-France and the second in red A. Hache et Cie Vierzon. Diameter: 22.5 cm Height: 12.2 cm Weight: 850 g Very good condition. Many other objects to discover in my stand at the antique fairs in which I participate.
