Papier-mâché bas-relief "Immaculate Conception", Louis XIV. Polychrome papier-mâché panel on a wooden background depicting the Madonna with the Baby Jesus beside her standing on the globe with the symbols of the half moon and the serpent (original sin, the victory of good over evil), winged angel heads in the background . Enriched by a beautiful frame with floral and leaf motifs also in papier-mâché, one with the bas-relief. Excellent conditions. Measurement cm. 62 x 43.
